Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, of course! We ship to 50+ countries. If you don't see your country listed during checkout then please contact us using the Contact Us form. Q: How can I track my order? A: When your order ships you will be emailed a tracking number. To track your order online, please click here. Q: How much are your shipping charges? A: Shipping charges vary by factors such as weight, size and destination. We recommend using our shipping estimator once you add an item to the Shopping Cart. International orders will cost more, of course, and vary depending on the country. Q: How long does it take before you ship your products? A: We usually ship out all of our orders within 1 business day. Q: What is your return policy? A: If you're not happy, then we're not happy. You can return any unused merchandise for a full refund less shipping and handling. All merchandise must be returned in a re-sellable condition. This means the clothing must be unworn and unwashed and free from any deodorant marks, hair or cigarette odors. Q: How do I return something? A: Please read the return policy above before sending something back. If you'd like to return your merchandise please send it to: Undead Warehouse 10801 Starkey Road Suite 104-244 Seminole, FL 33777 (Please only send returns to this address, we will not accept any other mail at this address.) All merchandise must be returned in a re-sellable condition. This means the clothing must be unworn and unwashed and free from any deodorant marks, hair or cigarette odors. Please include your name, address and invoice number on a piece of paper and include it inside your package. We will need your invoice number to process your return. You will receive a full refund of the returned merchandise within 1 week less the shipping and handling charge. Q: Do you offer exchanges? A: Because we are an internet based company it is very hard to do exchanges in the traditional sense. If you would like to exchange merchandise then please see the instructions above for Returning Your Merchandise and then place a new order. |
